We're extending our holiday return and exchange policy till Jan 7th, spreading that festive cheer!
While we can't offer refunds, we're thrilled to provide our customers with jolly store credit or exchanges for unworn items with the original receipt. 
Clearance items are a merry final sale, but for everything else, we've got you covered like snow on Christmas morning!
So if that gift didn't quite hit the mark, no worries! Just let them know to come by before Jan 7th, and we'll make sure their holiday spirit stays merry and bright.

SHIPPING within Canada

We are proudly Canadian and offer FREE SHIPPING within Canada over $100.

We also offer FREE IN-STORE PICKUP if you reside in a locate near any of our retail locations simply check here.

Orders below $100 will be subject to Canada Post regular rates and will be calculated at check out.

Need to send something back? No worries, we'll do our best to help you. We want you to be satisfied!

How long do I have?

We offer a period of 7 days from when you receive your item for returns/exchanges. Clearance items (anything over 50% off)  Underwear and Jewellery are excluded from return and/or exchanges.

What's the return process?

We want you to be overjoyed with your items. If the fit is wrong or you're otherwise unhappy with your order, we are here to help. In order to initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@caposhie.com.

We will reply right away with a confirmation of return/exchange and ask that we receive your package within two weeks after approval is given to ship.

We ask that you send the item back to us in its original condition in its original packaging (or similar poly mailer - please do not mail back in paper envelope). In order to be eligible merchandise must not be washed, worn, modified, or damaged.

Because your return will most likely find a new home with someone else, all returned items will be inspected to ensure they are in resellable condition. We will let you know via email if there are any issues with your return.

Exclusions and rejections can apply to return requests.

All items must be in their original condition in the original packaging (or similar poly mailer - please do not mail back in paper envelope). In order to be eligible merchandise must not be washed, worn, modified, or damaged.

Who pays for the return?

If you received the correct item and it isn't damaged or faulty, you pay the shipping costs for the return. This includes all return/exchange shipping costs, including customs and duties.

We subsidize shipping as much as we can for our wonderful customers, but if we were to pad our prices to accommodate the cost of paying for returns, our prices would have to go up for everyone - not just those who need to return or exchange.

What if I got the wrong item?

Oops! We are a small business made up of a handful of very busy people, and this sometimes happens... please email us right away at info@caposhie.com and we will solve this for you as quickly as possible! Because we run out of stock really quickly on popular items, DO NOT WAIT. Email us right away to let us know of our error - we would hate to run out of the proper item before we realize our mistake.

Do you refund shipping costs?

No, we do not! We subsidize shipping costs for our wonderful customers as much as we are able, and provide free shipping for qualifying orders, but we are unable to refund shipping costs on any returns and exchanges that are not due to faulty merchandise. If we were to pad our prices to accommodate the cost of paying for returns, our prices would have to go up for everyone - not just those who need to return or exchange. 

A $15 shipping fee will be deducted for any online orders that are shipped to the nearest location for pick up and returned for refund.  Store credit or exchange will be reimbursed in full.

Refunds

All refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your method of payment, the credit may take 3 - 5 business days to appear in your account.

Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable. We refund the price paid for the items only!

Exchanges

Wrong size? Wrong colour?  We can either exchange with you for the desired item (provided it is in stock), or issue you a store credit for future use.

In Store R/E

EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

Online shopping we allow flexibility with returns so you can try it on at home but in store we encourage you to check out our fitting rooms before you purchase!   

In order to pass along the absolute best product at the best price we have made the difficult decision to not do any refunds. We can either exchange with you for the desired item (provided it is in stock), or issue you a store credit for future use which never expires!  We get hundreds of items each week so there will ALWAYS be something new to find! 

USA + INTERNATIONAL Returning & Exchanging 

It's a little more complicated than returning/exchanging from Canada... but it's easier than it seems!

      • Step 1. Email us at info@caposhie.com with your order number and exchange or refund request.
      • Step 2. Within 1 - 2 business days we will authorize your return by replying to your email. If you have a specific shirt in mind, we'll put it on hold for you for two weeks.
      • Step 3. Ship back your original order. Because your order will be crossing the border, mark it as a warranty return. There may be different verbiage for this depending on your postal carrier - we recommend USPS if shipping from the states. If in doubt, ask your chosen carrier how best to return a product so no duties/customs charges are added; because the products originated in Canada, they should not accrue charges. If your package arrives in Canada with taxes owing, it may be refused and returned to sender!
      • DO NOT SHIP WITH UPS They charge a $30 - $40 fee for us to import into Canada.

    • Step 4. Email us at info@caposhie.com with your tracking number to ensure that we receive your return/exchange. We will need to receive your return within two weeks.

** Please note that until we receive the returned merchandise, you are responsible for any loss.  Please note the customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs and that these along with the duties and taxes are non-refundable.

 CUSTOMS/DUTIES DISCLAIMER FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Caposhie is a proudly Canadian company. We ship from our warehouse located in beautiful Vancouver, BC. When you order from outside Canada, including the United States, your package may be subject to import duties or taxies levied once your order crosses the border into your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility; Caposhie has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as they are charged by your government border control agency.

Customs policies vary significantly from country to country; please contact your local border control agency if you need more information. When ordering from Caposhie, you are considered to be the importer and must comply with all local laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. Please be aware that all packages crossing international borders may be subject to being opened and inspected by customs authorities.

The same is true of return shipping. That's why we ask that you are careful about marking your package when you return internationally; talk to your chosen postal carrier about how to properly mark a return so it does not incur additional customs charges. Because the merchandise originated in Canada, if the package is properly labeled it should not incur additional taxes. This may mean you need to mark it as a "warranty return" or some other verbiage. We do not pay return customs charges or return shipping, so we want to keep this as simple and clear for our customers as possible!
