we will be operating on reduced hours so that we only need to have one
stylist in the store at anytime to assist you with a maximum of 6 people.
every hour we will perform full store sanitation
you will see our team wiping down payment terminals, cash registers,
countertops and door handles, please know this is an effort to reduce
one on one shopping
some customers may feel more comfortable knowing they are shopping alone
so we have set up certain hours every day that are reseved on a first come first
serve bases through our online appointment system.

we have adjusted our policy.
you will be allowed to return or exchange with proof of purchase within 7 days.
you can choose to get your money back or have it returned as a store credit.
all returned merchandised will be be dated and go on a specific rack in the
back for 48 hours before being put back on the sales floor.
Physical distancing (social distancing) means keeping a distance of
at least two metres from others at all times.
Everyone needs to practice physical distancing, even if you have:

NO known risk of exposure
